This message appears when you click a link from a quote request email, for example, to download project documents.
For security reasons, we have limited the validity of links in quote requests (emails) to 30 days. If you click a link in a quote request, and the email was sent more than 30 days ago, you will see the following message:
You can still download the project documents, but you will need to log in. Enter your username and password and click 'Log in'.
If you haven't set a password yet, or you don't remember it, click the "Forgotten password?" link.
After entering your email address, you will receive an email containing your username and the option to set a new password.
It's also possible that a colleague forwarded you the quote request and you don't yet have an account within 12Build. In that case, the administrator within your organization can create an account for you. We're happy to assist the administrator with this if needed.
f you see a message on the screen after logging in that you have limited access to 12Build, this means the administrator hasn't yet approved your account. Click here for instructions on how the administrator can approve your account.
If you don't know who the administrator is within your organization, please use the chat function within 12Build so we can help you.
