Log in to your 12Build environment and go to your 'Company Profile' and complete:

1. Work items on 'Work Activities-Activities' tab.

When you have a Promoter subscription, you will see that it says 'boosted work items'. The number of (remaining) boosted work items can be found in the text above it.

To be highly visible on your activities, it is important to turn on these boosts on different work items. You do this by clicking on the lightning sign on the right next to the work item.

So when a general contractor searches on one of the work items you have boosted, you benefit from the higher placement in the search results.
