In this article, you can read how to submit your proposal. There are several ways to start submitting your proposal:
Option 1: From the request for proposal email
You can submit a proposal by clicking the green 'Submit quotation' button.
You will now be automatically redirected to your 12Build environment.

Option 2: From the project overview
When you are logged into 12Build, you can choose the green 'Submit quotation' button in the project overview.
Option 3: From the Project menu
In the menu, you can choose "Submit quotation."
Submitting your proposal in 5 steps
Step 1 (optional): Budget Items
If the general contractor has chosen to provide budget items, you can fill them in.
In the last column, also indicate whether the respective item is included in your quote.
If there are no budget items, this step will be skipped automatically.
Step 2: Documents
Add the files related to your proposal by dragging them into the area or by choosing 'Browse for file.'
Then select the general documents – for example, Terms and Conditions – that you want to include.
Step 3: Message
Compose your message here and optionally choose to use a template.
Step 4: Summary
In this screen, you can check if everything in your message is correct. If it is not, you can make adjustments in the previous steps by clicking 'Previous' and 'Next' at the bottom left.
Step 5: Send
If the message is completely correct, you can submit the proposal to the general
contractor by clicking the 'Send' button.
