In this article, you can read how to send a message to the general contractor.
Option 1: From a request for proposal
When you choose 'Respond / I have a question,' you can send a message to the general contractor.
You will now be automatically redirected to your 12Build environment.

Option 2: From the Project Dashboard
When you are logged into 12Build, you can choose 'Send Message' in the project dashboard.
Option 3: From the Communication section
In the menu 'Projects - Communication,' you can find all sent and received messages.
You can reply to a received message by clicking the 'Reply' button at the bottom.
You can also compose a new message using the red 'Compose' button.
Sending a Message
When you are about to send a message, you will see the screen below.
Compose your message here and optionally use a template.

You can also attach files here; this option is located at the bottom left of the screen.
