Are you working on improving your company profile? In this article we show you where you can adjust the company details. Once you have logged into your account, click on 'Company profile' (1) in the main menu or on 'Edit company profile' (2) in the dashboard.

In the 'General' menu you can update the company name, website, telephone, legal form, Chamber of Commerce and location number as mandatory fields.

It is possible to give main contractors or calculation agencies the opportunity to supplement or correct your company profile.

Add your company logo here. The file type you can use is PNG or JPG.

The company logo is an Activator function: the logo is only visible with a subscription.

Enter your postal address here and possibly a different visiting address.

It is important to enter your postal code correctly, so that the main contractor can filter for subcontractors or suppliers in the vicinity of the project.

By setting this up correctly, you will be easier to find for the relevant projects within the right sectors, activities and user functions.

As soon as your active sectors match the sectors that the contractor has enabled at the start of a new project, your company is relevant to the project and you will be found higher in the search results.

Here you indicate which BIM software you are familiar with and which type of file(s) you can read.

On this page there is also the option to upload your own BIM file, which will then be shown on your company profile. These documents are only visible to logged in users.

Here you can enter all your data regarding invoicing.

If you have documents printed via Plotgemak, we will send the billing information to these email addresses.

Here you can change the address that we state on the invoice.

This allows you to link to, for example, your YouTube channel or other social media channels. You can link these to your company profile by copying the URL of the relevant channel to the lines in this overview.

If, as an organization, you do not use a certain social media channel, click on 'We do not use...', so that the completeness of your company profile is not compromised.
