If your organization has just become a client or your colleague creates you as a new user within 12Build, you will receive an email from us to set your password.

Step 1: E-mail (Re)set Password

You will receive the email below from us.

Step 2: (Re)set Password

If the link in the email is no longer valid (the link is only valid for 30 minutes) or if you have forgotten your password, you can use this link to request a new email to reset your password. You can enter your email address and we will now send you an new email to reset your password. This email will also contain your username.

Attention! Your username is not always the same as your email address. If you have more than one account, within 12Build, you will receive one email containing all accounts, usernames and the links to reset your password.

Step 3: My 12Build

You can log in by clicking on 'My 12Build' on the top right of 12build.com and then on the first login option '12Build - Login'.

Step 4: Login

You will then be presented with the screen below, where you can log in with your username and password. Additionally, you will find the forgotten password function here, with which you can (re)set your password.
