From quote request/project overview?
From the project overview or from the mail, it is possible to send a message or submit a quote.
Option 1: From a request for quotation
When you choose 'Respond/I have a question' you can send a message to the general contractor. You can also submit a quote directly by clicking the green 'Submit Quote' button.
Option 2: From the project overview
In the project overview, you can choose "Send Message" or "Submit Quote''.
Send message
When you want to send a message to the main contractor, you will see the screen below. Create your message here and use a template if necessary. More information about working with templates can be found here. You can also send attachments here, which can be found at the bottom left of the screen.
In the 'Communication' menu you will find all sent and received messages. You can also respond to messages here by clicking on the 'Reply' button at the bottom.
Submit quote
Submitting your quote takes 5 steps.
Budget Rules
If the general contractor has chosen to provide budget lines, please fill them in. In the last column, also indicate whether the relevant rule is included in the bid.
Documents
Add the files associated with your quote by dragging and dropping them onto the plane or choose "Browse to File''. Next, select the general documents - for example, Terms and Conditions - that you want to send along with your quote.
Message
Draft the message here and choose to use a template if necessary.
Summary
In this screen you can check if everything in your message is correct. Is this not the case? Then you can make adjustments in the previous steps by clicking 'Previous' and 'Next' at the bottom left.
Send
If message is completely correct, then you can use the Submit button to submit the quote to the general contractor.
